B1 Construction Cleaners is a full-service cleaning company Nova Scotia, Canada. Independently owned and operated B1 Cleaners takes pride in the work we do - we believe in a job done right the first time!

We offer specialized cleaning services to the construction, renovation, restoration and real estate industries, along with general cleaning for small businesses and property owners. Our combined experience in the cleaning and construction industries helps us really know this business inside out. We understand the special needs of tradespeople and property owners.

What we can offer you!

• New Construction ~ construction might be big business but it's also a Big Mess! Save your company money by having your crew move on to the next project and let us take care of the mess left behind. We will get that new building or home looking spotless.
• Site Preparation ~ There is a lot that needs to happen before renovation work can begin. We will protect the home and belongings from dust, dirt and potential damage through installing protective coverings, etc. We will install zippered plastic sheeting to contain the dirt and dust of renovations to the area being renovated, and apply protective paper coverings to the floors and other vulnerable areas. Minimize the amount of clean-up by being prepared!
• Renovation Clean-Up ~ change is always good, but it can sure create a mess. Are you finding out how plaster dust can get into every nook? As our slogan says, "We know where the dust goes!" We'll clean up the dust and dirt, and we don't mind a bit!
• Restoration Fire/Smoke/Water ~ anyone who has tried to clean up after a fire will know that it is a BIG job. We have plenty of experience in making things look fresh and clean again.
• Move in/Move out ~ Real Estate, property managers and anyone who has ever rented a space has seen the sort of mess that accumulates in a space. New renters want a clean space, tenants leaving want to be sure to get their damage deposit back from the landlord. A home for sale that has been sitting vacant needs some TLC to keep it fresh for potential buyers. Let us help.
